 Fees and Charges 2012

There is a charge of €50.00 for up to one hour on site, after which €35.00 is charged for each additional hour . These rates apply to the Westmeath  area only. Travel rates may apply to other areas. Half day and full day rates available on request at reduced hourly rate.

  Things You Should Do to make sure that we get the best images for you

  1. Write a proper brief and send it to us in advance. This should contain details of expected site conditions, contacts with whom we will need to co-ordinate with on the day, an itemised list of the shots would be useful,
  2. Advise all parties that are being photographed  to be prepared and  to be well groomed.  If uniforms are involved, make sure staff have clean ones.
  3. Now is a good time to clean thoroughly. Make sure any products or company signage that may appear in pictures are in good condition 
  4. De-clutter. Tidy up unnecessary clutter and mess in areas where you expect us to take  the  pictures.
  5. Be on hand yourself if you can,  sometimes the best shots come from improvisation on the day, but it's not always the case, planning is key . If we are shooting images which contain many people, its better to have a maxium of four people per shot.
  6.  Give staff  times to make themselves available  for the images, we can help you with the timing  plan  before we start,  remember we charge by time and if we have to chase people or wait for people to be available it will cost you more. 
  7. Finally remember PR photography does take time  and good communication and cooperation is vital from both parties
