 Step 1: Consultation 

We  come to your office to walk you through the whole process and work with you to choose a background, location, and to schedule the day(s) for your staff headshots.

Step 2: Photo Day

On the day of shooting we come setup our studio at the agreed spot and then each staff member drops by the area where we set up the photo studio to have their headshot taken. We work very fast and usually only take 10 to 15 minutes with each staff member

 Step 3: Picking the image

We then upload all the images taken to your own secure gallery on our website  for you to pick the images that you want and  then get to work on the final edits and resizing

 Step 4 Delivery options:

  • Multiple file sizes for both print resolution and web resolution
  • Cropping the photos to fit into a specific space on a website
  • Instant download direct from site

FAQ

Q: What is the turnaround time for getting the photos?
A: It depends on the number of photos and amount of retouching and resizing being done, but it averages about 48 hours to aweek for larger jobs

Q: How long does each headshot take?
A: About 15 minutes for taking the photo.  It takes about 30 minutes to set up the studio at the beginning of the  day after  we set up  things usually work smoothly at 15 minute time slots per each member of staff

Q: Can I choose the background color?
A:  During the consultation, we'll  let you know which colors are available now and which ones will take a few days to order before the shoot. We can help you choose the best background to either match  staff uniforms or compliment the colors on your website.
